My Services
I am a creative and sensitive person. My imagination and my curiosity are my main assets, they give me keys to play with the colors and textures of the world, make them mine and meet others along the way. I leverage that creative, inquisiitive and empathic side to provide coaching services to Executives, Founders, Individuals and Teams. I help people become fully aware of their strengths and take advantage of their own resources to understand and embrace change, make the most of challenging situations and transformations. I draw on a multi cultural background with french, and more particularly mediterranean roots as well as a strong californian inspiration.

Coaching is a way to provide yourself with a new resource: a space and a moment in time where you can zoom out from your everyday life and keep evolving on your own journey while adding a new perspective.
Knowing our personality structure allows us to "use our metaphoric elevator, navigate our different levels", take advantage of all our resources and communicate better with others.
To become a collective and perform together, team members must first learn to be together. Coaching a team means helping it adjust its dynamics, clarify its mission and strengthen confidence between the individuals.
What if, to get our project done ou make the change happen, we could use both side of our brain, be rational AND creative, logical AND intuitive? A creativity coaching session is a way to experiment and venture on a new path.
I started my career with a Master degree in Philosophy in a Head Hunting company as a researcher. After a couple of years I moved to a bigger consultancy office and worked as a senior consultant on change management for industrial or Service companies. I helped them embrace the change and navigate its stakes and consequences.
I lived in Silicon Valley, California for 10 years. I used that period of time to develop my passion for collage and become an artist. I created pieces, some of them commissioned, and exhibited my worked several times. I also used that creative side and ability to organise collage workshops for individuals and teams and initiated my team building activity.
I am a certified coach from Institue Maïeutis and am also certified by Kahler on the PCM-Process Communication tool. I am a dual citizen French and American and can work both in French and English.
